I had a great experience from start to finish! The designer I talked with was patient, and when a earing was decided on it was made in the time frame given. They were also willing to ship to me in Puerto Rico, and made sure the earing got to me. As for the product, it was gorgeous, better then expected and money worth spending! Cindy you are the best.
