I actually ordered two of these necklaces, one for myself and the other for my boyfriend. I was amazed by the quality and just extremely pleased in general. Although one had been stucked, it was replaced within a few days after I sent back. I was even more pleased by the quality of the charm I received. Shipping was a lot faster than I thought it would be, which was great because I was too excited for these necklaces to have to wait long. I can't get over how amazing my necklaces were and I'm definitely going to be ordering from here again soon.
